4 series 16.8V 40A lithium battery protection board (with recovery function -AUTO Recovery)

Continuous charging current (upper limit): 20A

Standard version: suitable for electric drills with starting current below 60A and power below 100W.

Enhanced version: suitable for electric drills with starting current below 80A and power below 135W.

Balanced version: suitable for electric drills with starting current below 80A and power below 135W.

Continuous discharge current (upper limit): 40A (if the heat dissipation environment is not good, please reduce the load current to use)

Note 1: Successfully starting the power drill requires 4 15C-20C power batteries, or 8 10C-15C power batteries (ordinary 18650 can not start the power drill!!!).

Note 2: Wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, 16.8V strictly according to the figure, do not intentionally short circuit.

Note 3: When loading with brush motors, try to connect a non-polar capacitor in parallel with the positive and negative terminals of the motor (withstand voltage above 25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) to prevent the reverse spike voltage generated by the motor from interfering with the protection board or Break down the MOS tube.

Note 4: When connecting 4 sets of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each set of batteries is the same. If they are not the same, please charge each set of batteries separately and use them in series. . . During the discharge test, the group of batteries whose voltage drops rapidly is a poor battery.

To explain to some customers with poor electronic foundation: balanced charging is only an auxiliary function, try not to mix good batteries and poor batteries together! The closer the capacity/internal resistance of the 4 sets of batteries, the better! (3 good batteries + 1 Poor battery use effect = 4 poor battery use effect).
