The Shining 3D OptimScan 5M Plus is an industrial metrology-grade 3D scanner primarily designed for inspection and other professional applications. It uses a narrow-band structured blue light source, two high-resolution 5.0MP cameras, and 1080p projection to generate high-speed, accurate scanning results in any environment conditions. Engineered with three sets of lenses, the 5M Plus features adjustable resolution and multiple scan ranges for reliable capturing of both large and small objects, making it more flexible and adaptable.

Scan accuracy

The Shining 3D OptimScan 5M Plus is a high-precision inspection 3D scanner that allows you to acquire metrology-grade accurate 3D data valuable for professional spheres of application. The device can achieve a scan accuracy of 0.005 mm and offers a point distance range from 0.04 to 0.16 mm. The 5M Plus model adopts two 5.0MP cameras for high resolution and scan quality, which lets you obtain accurate results at a consistent speed of ≤1.5 s.
