Rapido 2F Hotend – UHF Black

The Phaetus Rapido Hotend 2 is a high-performance 3D printer component engineered for efficient high-speed and high-temperature printing. It features an aluminum heatsink for superior heat dissipation and a titanium heatbreak that provides excellent thermal insulation, reducing the risk of filament clogging. The plated copper extended heatblock ensures rapid filament melting, enabling faster printing speeds. Additionally, the titanium alloy supporting screw offers low heat conduction and high strength, facilitating convenient one-handed nozzle changes.

The Rapido Hotend 2 is available in two variants:

High Flow (HF): Compatible with V6 nozzles, this variant achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 52 mm³/s, making it suitable for standard high-speed printing applications.

Ultra High Flow (UHF): Also compatible with V6 nozzles, the UHF variant includes an extension nut made of plated copper for quick nozzle changes and can reach flow rates up to 75 mm³/s, ideal for ultra-fast printing requirements.

Both variants are designed to handle temperatures up to 290 °C, making them compatible with a wide range of materials, including high-temperature and fiber-reinforced filaments. The 90-watt ceramic heater with a planar structure heats up to 200 °C in approximately 35 seconds, ensuring rapid readiness for printing.

The detachable thermistor allows for easy maintenance and replacement, enhancing the hotend's longevity and reliability. The Rapido Hotend 2's design also enables quick switching between high-flow and ultra-high-flow configurations, providing versatility to meet various printing needs.
