SWbAC Return & Refund Policy

At SWbAC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection regulations and the following terms.


1. Return Period

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase, provided they meet the conditions below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation
  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used 3D printing filaments and resins
  • Consumable products
  • Opened or installed spare parts and electronic components
  • Software licenses and digital products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged through misuse or unauthorized repairs

These items cannot be returned unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

4. 3D Printers, Laser & CNC Machines

Machines may be returned only if unused, complete, and in original packaging. Machines that have been assembled, installed, calibrated, modified, or operated are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed. Manufacturer warranty terms apply.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Notify SWbAC within 48 hours with your order number, invoice copy, and photos/videos. After verification, SWbAC will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed every Tuesday
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method on the next scheduled Tuesday after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

7. Return Shipping

SWbAC covers return shipping for its errors or confirmed manufacturing defects. Customer-initiated eligible returns are at the customer's expense.

8. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty terms apply. Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
